Thousand Oaks Subdivision was established in 1983 and
is unique in that it consists of 93 single family homes as
well as 101 townhomes.   This mixture appeals to a
diverse group of people from young families to those
enjoying retirement, and everyone in between.  

Thousand Oaks is conveniently located on the Eastern
edge of Chesterfield, near Highway 40 and Timberlake
Manor Parkway.  This area is very centrally located within
the St. Louis region.  Boundless shopping, restaurants,
nightlife, parks, schools, and places of worship are all
within minutes of the subdivision.

Despite its close proximity to so many conveniences,
once inside Thousand Oaks you will find a very secluded,
serene atmosphere due to the many mature trees, lushly
landscaped grounds, and the relaxing fountains of
Mallard Lake and the adjacent pond.

Whether fishing in the lake, enjoying the pool on a hot
summer day, playing tennis, or enjoying a neighborhood
barbecue overlooking the lake, Thousand Oaks’
residents have plenty of activities right at home from
which to choose.
